I'm Beth, the face and many hats behind Flex Grip.
Flex specialises in vibrant grip socks with unbeatable arch compression as we aim to fuse style with support. Founded by a Reformer instructor with a design degree, our mission is to enhance your Pilates experience with comfort and personality. Since our launch in late December 2023, we've been dedicated to elevating your practice with our passion for movement and expertise in design.
